Guest spaces, meeting rooms and event suites
Hotels combine reception, restaurants, bars, meeting rooms, function suites, bedrooms and external areas, often with different operating teams. We define room modes, content sources, audio zones, event inputs, divisible layouts, staff permissions and support responsibilities before developing the system.
Zoning, divisible rooms and staff control
Audio, displays, presentation facilities, lighting and control are coordinated to support everyday service and planned events. Repeatable interfaces and protected presets help different teams use the system without exposing technical configuration. Infrastructure is planned for changing room layouts and visiting production equipment where required.
Event handover, documentation and support
We test the system in each room mode, train relevant teams and provide configuration records for support. Maintenance can be organised around venue access, event schedules and the operational importance of each space.
