This website is owned and controlled by Pro Technical. Our current legal identity and contact information appear on the Contact page and in the website footer. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Website content is provided for general information about our business, capabilities and experience. It is not a quotation, specification, design, warranty, service-level commitment or professional advice for a particular venue. Technical suitability, scope, pricing, availability, programme, response terms and performance must be confirmed in the written documents agreed for the relevant project or transaction.

The sale of equipment and delivery of design, installation, maintenance, repair or other services are governed by the quotation, order acknowledgement, contract and applicable business terms agreed for that transaction. If these website terms conflict with an agreed project or supply contract, the agreed contract governs that transaction.
