Changing layouts and room divisions
A function room may host business presentations, private dining, celebrations, DJs and community events. We define typical layouts, room divisions, microphone use, presentation sources, music levels, guest connections and staff roles before fixing the system design.
Presentation, speech and entertainment connections
Displays or projection, speech reinforcement, background and event audio, lighting and control are selected around the room’s changing uses. Connection points and presets reduce temporary cabling while allowing authorised operators to adapt the space.
Room presets, testing and staff handover
Commissioning covers each agreed room mode and representative equipment from visiting presenters or entertainers. Staff receive practical training and clear connection information, supported by labelled infrastructure and configuration backups.
