We perform a measured site survey capturing: floor plans, ceiling void depths, structural anchor points, electrical consumer unit capacity and available rack space. Deliverables: annotated plans showing speaker and screen locations, cable routes, rack elevations and a site-specific risk register. For LED walls we record scaffold or hoist access and calculate gross dead load and point loads for fixings. We identify mains capacity and recommend distribution upgrades or dedicated AV sub-circuits where inrush or sustained current exceed existing capacity. Where venues are listed or have fire-rated ceilings we specify non-invasive mounting alternatives and provide supporting fixings certification.

We produce loudness and coverage maps using prediction software (CAD acoustic plots) and define SPL targets for each zone aligned to local noise restrictions. Speaker selection (point-source, column or compact line-array) is chosen by room volume, audience positioning and desired SPL headroom. We specify amplification (including Powersoft where efficiency and thermal headroom are priorities), DSP routing, and AEC/paging paths. System deliverables: block diagrams, gain structure worksheets, speaker EQ presets and measurement reports from post-installation tuning with calibrated microphones and real-time analysers. Risks managed: reverberant surfaces, structure-borne bass transmission and insufficient isolation between dining and entertainment zones; mitigations include targeted EQ, delay networks and subwoofer placement with isolation.

We select LED pixel pitch to suit viewing distance and content; for feature walls in hospitality we balance pixel density against brightness and viewing angle. Structural notes include backing frames, ventilation clearance and accessible module replacement. For distributed displays we design an AV-over-IP or HDBT matrix with multicast management and bandwidth budgeting; we segregate AV traffic with a dedicated VLAN and IGMP snooping to protect venue Wi‑Fi. Redundancy options: primary/backup players, dual-decoder feeds or redundant network uplinks for mission-critical live sport. Deliverables: video processing flow diagrams, IP addressing plan for video endpoints and test patterns for calibration.

Lighting design integrates architectural wash with moving fixtures and pixel-controlled elements. We produce lighting plots, DMX addressing plans and power-inrush calculations for fixture circuits. Truss loading and rigging points are verified with structural engineers where required and we supply load schedules and certification. Control integration ties lighting scenes to AV control pages enabling scheduled cues, blackout and emergency mute interlocks. Deliverables: DMX patch, power schedules and pre-programmed scene banks for rapid on-site focus and final cueing.

We deliver tailored GUIs for Crestron, AMX or IP-control platforms presenting source selection, per-zone presets, source failover and maintenance access levels. Network architecture uses dedicated AV VLANs, PoE budgeting for endpoint devices and multicast control for video distribution. We provide IP addressing tables, QoS recommendations and backup procedures for control logic. Operator outcomes: simplified staff interfaces, scheduled content playback and locked maintenance pages to avoid accidental misconfiguration. Deliverables: GUI mockups, control backups and a short operator guide.

Commissioning includes signal-path verification, measurement-based audio tuning, video calibration and control acceptance tests. We supply as-installed drawings, serial number lists, calibrated EQ snapshots and control system backups. Maintenance offerings cover firmware and software updates, annual amplifier health checks, LED pixel calibration and rapid-response repair options through our service centre. Commissioning checks: channel polarity, latency alignment across video/audio paths, multicast stability and failover testing. Planned maintenance reduces downtime and protects the venue's investment.
